If you like to order one or more CD's online, we have to bring the following to your attention:

When you place and order through this web page, you will receive an e-mail at the by you specified account to confirm your order, as well as the shipping arrangements. This to prevent the abuse by a 3rd party of this service.

If you, after we have received your confirmation of the order, change your mind and do not want to purchase the CD(s) anymore, you can order the shipping service to return the CD(s) when they arrive. This still means you still have to pay the shipping costs!

You have to be 18 or older if you would like to order!

All orders can be send through the postal service / shipping company, such as (for example) UPS. The safest way is through a certified shipping company. This might cost more then trough the regular postal services, but grantees arrival of the ordered goods. We have chosen to work with certified shipping companies to make sure your shipment will arive.

How long it takes for your order to arrive at the by you provided address depends on from were you are ordering. Within Bulgaria itself, it should not take longer then one week, before the ordered goods should arrive. A shipment to other European countries and the USA would take up to 3 weeks, 4 in the worst case. You will be notified when your order has been send off through e-mail.

There are two options you can choose from: "Payment At Delivery" and "Pre-Delivery Payment".

"Payment At Delivery" keeps you "in charge" all the way. The ordered CD(s) will be handed over at your doorstep, when you hand over the money. As simple as that. This means ofcourse that you have to have the money with you when the shipping company "knocks on your door".

"Pre-Delivery Payment" means you have to deposit the money on the AVA Records bank account, before we send the shipment. You will be notified about the arrival of your money at the AVA Records bank account through e-mail. If you rather like to keep your money in your pocket till the shipment arrives (there are enough fake companies online that promise much, but deliver nothing), then please choose the "Payment At Delivery" option.
